\If you are thinking about selling your property you have multiple different options. Your property might be in nice condition with updates throughout allowing you to command a higher price when listing it on the market. Or, you might own a property that needs a bit of remodeling that you do not want to do, or can't afford.

In this blog I am going to go over what the process looks like from initial inquiry on our site to getting an offer for your house...

Step 1) Submit Your Info online or give us a call.

If you submit your information Carter will reach out to have a conversation about your property and why you might be selling. This conversation may last 5-10 minutes just so we can get an idea of if we would be the best fit to help you out.

Step 2) If the call goes well we will want to set up a time to see the house & evaluate it in person. For us, it is very difficult to make a legitimate offer without actually seeing the house.

Step 3) When we arrive at your property we will introduce ourselves and ask if you can give us a tour around the place. This tour generally takes 15-20 minutes and gives us an idea of what we would have to stick in the property as far as a remodel goes.

On the tour, we may take photos or video if needed, but this is when we start calculating or figuring the rehab costs.

In our business, Bryan handles the rehab process & will get me a final rehab estimate upon leaving the appointment. After I have a rehab estimate then it is step 4.

Step 4) I will call you and present you with multiple different offer options that may work for you. Depending upon your situation we may or may not be able to help.

However, if you would like more information or to see how we can help out visit us online or give us a call. We would love to make you an offer for your Green Bay House.
