Cost of Renting a Dumpster

If you are in the process of buying a house to remodel there is a good chance you will need to order a dumpster. My first recommendation would be to talk with a local real estate investor and see which company they would recommend.
Real Estate investors typically go through a high volume of dumpsters on a monthly basis as a lot of investors buy the properties in as-is condition and let the owners leave items behind. This results in building a long lasting relationship with dumpster vendors in the local community.
On average, we pay $450 for a 30 yard dumpster rental. Depending on how much stuff is inside the dumpster this cost will vary from project to project. We pay by the ton & then a flat fee for the actual dumpster. On most of our job sites we tend to throw just about everything into the dumpster & it is disposed of.
