. Cold calling has been around since phones were made, & to this day it is still one of the most effective ways to drum up business. Now, why is that?


First, let me give you the premise behind the individuals we are actually calling & talking to. They have some sort of motivation & desire to sell. Whether they are facing foreclosure, own a vacant house, just had an eviction or the list can keep going. These individuals data is pulled from multiple different resources at a city level.


The reason cold calling is so effective is because you get right to the point with the question. "Would you consider an offer on your property at (address)?"


It really is as simple as that. If they say yes - you can continue the conversation. If they say no - then that is where the conversation stops. It is not extremely complicated & it allows you to prospect for significantly more clients that way.
